Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Morbi Tile Hub. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website and to all enquiries, quotations, purchases, payments, deliveries, and services offered by Morbi Tile Hub. By using our website or placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or proceed with an order.
1. Nature of Business
Morbi Tile Hub is a B2B and bulk-supply tile sourcing platform. We supply ceramic, vitrified, porcelain, GVT/PGVT, and other types of tiles directly from manufacturers in Morbi, Gujarat. We are not a retailer or dealer. We connect customers to genuine factory-sourced material, supported by our coordination, quality checks, and transport handling.
2. Product Information & Accuracy
We make every effort to provide accurate product details including: Images, Sizes, Finish, Thickness, Coverage area, Technical specifications. However:
- Tile images are for reference only.
- Shades may vary due to lighting, device display, and batch differences.
- Minor size/calibration variation (±1–2 mm) is normal as per Indian standards.
- Stone-look, marble-look, bookmatch and vein-based tiles naturally show variation in pattern.
Always order physical samples if you want to confirm the exact shade and texture. We reserve the right to update or modify product information at any time.
3. Price, Payment & Order Confirmation
3.1 100% Advance Payment
All orders require 100% advance payment. Your order is considered “Confirmed” only after: Full payment is received; Payment is verified; Factory/warehouse confirms stock or production availability.
3.2 Payment Modes
We accept: NEFT / RTGS, IMPS, UPI, Bank transfer, Approved payment gateways. We do not accept: Cash on Delivery (COD), Post-delivery credit (unless approved for corporate clients).
3.3 GST & Tax
- Prices shown are exclusive of GST unless mentioned.
- GST (generally 18%) is added to the invoice.
- A valid GST Invoice will be provided.
- E-way Bill will be generated for interstate transport.
3.4 Price Validity
- Prices may change anytime due to factory revisions.
- The price applicable is the one at the time of payment confirmation.
- If a price is incorrectly shown due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
4. Shipping, Transport & Delivery
Tiles are heavy goods and travel long distances through road transport. Morbi Tile Hub coordinates delivery through third-party transport companies. We are not a transport company ourselves.
4.1 Transport Modes & Timelines
- Full Truck Load (10,000+ sq.ft): Direct truck; Estimated delivery: 3–7 days.
- Part Load / Shared Truck (Below 10,000 sq.ft): Material is clubbed with other shipments; Estimated delivery: 15–20 days (Truck moves only when fully loaded).
- Express Delivery: Available on request (extra charges apply).
Delivery timelines depend on: Distance, Route availability, Weather, Festivals, Transport strikes, Traffic or road conditions. These are estimated timings, not guaranteed deadlines.
4.2 Unloading Responsibility
Unloading is 100% the customer’s responsibility.
- Drivers do not unload material.
- Unloading labour must be arranged by the customer.
- For sites with restricted access, the truck will stop at the nearest motorable road.
- If unloading is delayed, waiting/detention charges may apply.
Unloading charges are not included in the delivery cost.
4.3 Site Access & Local Restrictions
If your delivery location has: Narrow lanes, Apartment access restrictions, Timing restrictions, Security gate rules, No-truck zones—You must: Arrange smaller vehicle movement (tempo/mini-truck); Take necessary permissions in advance. Morbi Tile Hub and drivers are not responsible for site access issues.
4.4 Dispatch Confirmation
Once dispatched, we will share: Transport name, LR (Lorry Receipt) number, Driver name & mobile, Truck number. This allows you to coordinate with the transport company directly.
5. Breakage, Damage & Claims
Tiles are fragile ceramic products. Breakage during transport is normal and expected.
5.1 Standard Breakage Allowance
Industry standard tolerance is **2–3%**, which the customer must accept. This happens due to: Long-distance travel, Road vibrations, Speed breakers, Multiple loading points (in part load).
5.2 Recommended Extra Quantity
Always order 10–12% extra for: Cutting wastage (5–8%), Transit breakage (2–3%), Shade/batch matching for future repairs (1–2%).
5.3 Damage Claims for >3% Breakage
Claims are accepted **only if** all conditions below are met:
- Condition 1 – LR Notation: Damage MUST be noted on the LR copy at the time of delivery.
- Condition 2 – Video Proof: A clear, continuous video must show: Opening of truck, Opening of boxes, Visible broken tiles, Count of damaged pieces.
- Condition 3 – 24-72Hour Reporting: Damage must be reported within 24-72 hours with: LR copy, Video evidence, Order details.
Claims without complete proof cannot be processed.
5.4 Claims Not Accepted
We cannot accept claims for: Damage found after 24 hours, Damage found after boxes are stored for days/weeks, Material installed on site, Shade variation within acceptable limits, Tiles from different batches ordered at different times. Once the tiles are installed, no complaints will be accepted.
6. Cancellation & Return Policy
6.1 No Cancellation After Dispatch
Once the material leaves factory/warehouse, the order cannot be: Cancelled, Returned, Exchanged. Tiles are heavy goods and cannot be brought back or resold.
6.2 Pre-Dispatch Cancellation
If the order is cancelled before dispatch: A cancellation fee of 10–15% may apply; Refund (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
6.3 Wrong Product Received
If the tiles delivered are different from what you ordered: Provide clear proof (photos & videos); We will arrange replacement at our cost. Shade variations are not considered wrong product unless significantly mismatched.
7. Quality Check & Installation Rules
7.1 Pre-Installation Checks
Before installation: Check shade and pattern consistency; Check size and finish; Check for breakage; Mix tiles from multiple boxes for uniform look. Once installation has started, claims cannot be accepted.
7.2 Not Liable for Installation Issues
We are not responsible for: Improper laying, Low-quality adhesive, Uneven surface, Hollow sounds, Pop-ups, Incorrect slope, Wrong grout usage. Hire trained tile installation professionals.
8. Batch Variation & Shade Difference
Tiles are manufactured in batches. Each batch may have small differences in: Colour, Tone, Gloss, Calibration, Pattern flow. To avoid mismatch: Order complete quantity at once; Order extra material; Do not expect re-orders to match perfectly.
9. Force Majeure
Morbi Tile Hub is not liable for delays or non-performance due to: Natural disasters, Transport strikes, Accidents, Road closures, Political unrest, Government restrictions, Pandemics. In such cases, delivery timelines will extend automatically.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, images, descriptions, and website materials belong exclusively to Morbi Tile Hub. You may not: Copy, Reproduce, Modify, Distribute, Use commercially without written permission.
11. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Morbi, Gujarat (India). Before taking legal actions, customers must: Contact our support team; Allow us a chance to resolve the issue; Attempt mediation if required.
