Inspection (Critical): Always open and inspect every box for shade, colour, finish, and breakage before installation begins. No complaints can be accepted after tiles are installed.
Dry Laying: Lay tiles on the floor without adhesive to check the design flow, veins, and alignment.
Spacer Use: Use 2mm to 3mm spacers between tiles for thermal expansion and clean grout lines.
Tile Adhesive: Use high-quality adhesive suitable for large format tiles.
Grouting: After 24–48 hours, fill joints using epoxy or cementitious grout.
Final Cleaning: Clean tiles with pH-neutral cleaner and avoid acid-based chemicals.

Always order 10–12% extra for wastage & breakage
For breakage above 3%, claims accepted only if:
- Damage noted on LR copy
- Proper opening video provided
- Reported within 24 hours
