1. Inspection (Critical): Always open and inspect every box for shade, colour, finish, and breakage before installation begins. No complaints can be accepted after tiles are installed.
2. Dry Laying: Lay tiles on the floor without adhesive to check the design flow, veins, and alignment.
3. Spacer Use: Use 2mm to 3mm spacers between tiles for thermal expansion and clean grout lines.
4. Tile Adhesive: Use high-quality adhesive suitable for large format tiles.
5. Grouting: After 24–48 hours, fill joints using epoxy or cementitious grout.
6. Final Cleaning: Clean tiles with pH-neutral cleaner and avoid acid-based chemicals.

• Full Truck Orders: Delivered in 3–7 days
• Small Orders (Part Load): Delivered in 15–20 days depending on shared truck availability
• Dispatch details shared: Driver name, Truck number, LR Copy

• The driver will NOT unload the material
• Customer must arrange labour at the site
• For narrow lanes/apartment restrictions, arrange a smaller tempo/truck

• Tiles are fragile; 2–3% breakage is normal during transport
• Always order 10–12% extra for wastage & breakage
• For breakage above 3%, claims accepted only if:
  • Damage noted on LR copy
  • Proper opening video provided
  • Reported within 24 hours

• No return/exchange after dispatch due to the heavy nature of tiles
• Wrong product (if any) will be replaced after verification
